HOW TO MAKE A FLAT TUMMY JUICE

Good day lovely people, today I'm going to share a recipe on "How to make a flat tummy juice/water"
This is to firm up the tummy muscles

 Here They Go

1. Ingredients 1 lemon

2. Bunch of mint leaves (100-200 naira own)

3. Ginger like 2 big ones

4. 1 cucumber

5. Cinnamon stick or powder(optional)

6.parsley leave(optional


Procedure rinse all ingredient get a bowl with cover cut all ingredients to small pieces grate ginger add water start drinking the next day . Must be refrigerated for at most a week drink first thing and last thing . You are on your way to healthier lifestyle and flat tummy
