HOW TO GET RID OF CONSTIPATION (WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT)

Constipation is a condition in which an individual experiences difficulty to pass out feaces or not being able to completely empty the bowels as a result of hardened feaces.
To be honest with you, constipation can happen to any one, old, young, male and female.

The causes of constipation can be as a result of poor diet, inadequate intake of water, too much consumption of starchy food without the intake of enough water.

In this very article we will be disclosing a very powerful way to get rid of constipation with some simple home remedies which you can easily get in any grocery store nearest to you.

HERE WE GO

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 Glass cup of water
1 banana fruit
1 Apple fruit
Half glass cup Orange juice
Quarter glass cup of Milk
5 table spoon of  Honey
Half glass cup water melon juice

PROCEDURE
Chop your banana fruit and Apple fruit into smaller pieces put them into an Electric blender, blend them till it turns into smooth creamy texture remove from blender and pour the mixture in a clean bowl.

On other hand, get  half of water melon fruit blend it in the blender, and extract the juice by sieving using a cheeses cloth, make sure you get upto half glass cup of melon juice.

Get an half glass cup of orange juice approximately two fruits of orange  Will give you the measurement.

Add both the orange and water melon juice to the mixture of apple and banana you blended earlier.
Then add a quarter glass cup of liquid milk and  5 table spoon of honey.

Stir the mixture well if the mixture is too thick then add water to make it alittle bit runny in texture and store in a refrigerator.

Note: If you don't wish to keep making this mixture daily, then you can make it in a bigger quantity according to the measurement stated above and store in a refrigerator.

HOW TO USE
For Adults take one glass cup of this mixture morning and night
For kids take half glass cup
After you must have taken this mixture, after 1 hour take one glass cup of water, you can make it 2 if you like.

Always remember to increase your intake of water
